MEDIO-CLEAR® is a sterile, highly purified medical device with viscoelastic characteristics.Because of its viscoelastic features MEDIO-CLEAR®is used in anterior segment intraocular surgery to maintain the deep anterior chamber and to protect the corneal endothelium. The cohesive characteristics and the excellent coating properties of MEDIOCLEAR® allow an atraumatic movement of intraocular tissues and easier implantation of IOL.
